Q: I am unable to log in

A: Remember, your ID is your FULL email address - including the @bridgeplayer.net part.

Q: I've forgotten my password

Q: The website doesn't remember who I am.

A: This is probably caused by a faulty cookie. Close all instances of your browser. Open it again and clear all cookies by taking the following steps.

1. In Internet Explorer, click on Tools/Internet Options and click on delete cookies under Temporary Internet Files.

2. In Netscape, click on Edit/Preferences/Advanced/Cache and click on Clear Memory Cache and Clear Disk Cache.

Then log on again, ensuring that your email address and password is entered correctly. Also select "Remember me"

Q: How do I use an external email program instead of logging on via the website?

A: For users who wish to use their own Email program such as Eudora/Outlook etc. the following details are required in your setup.

POP3 Server Address: pop3.bridgeplayer.net

SMTP Server Address: smtp.bridgeplayer.net

User: yourname@bridgeplayer.net ( where this is your registered email address)

Password: As decided upon by yourself in the sign up procedure.
